NO.18/ ON ANTICHRIST #9 UNVEILING

Let's get back to the "book." We are getting closer to my being able to share my wife's and my encounter with the Lord several months ago. Can hardly wait!
Up to this point, we've talked about the essence of who and what antichrist is. We've also discussed some of the prophetic principles that set prophetic writing apart from normal communications. One such "principle" is to repeat a theme over and over again using different images to convey the same message. Another is the use of allegorical images to represent actual persons, places, or things. Both are commonplace throughout John's "revelation."
I've also mentioned the devil cannot create; he can only counterfeit. When it comes to the Book of Revelation, this is an important point to note. John's book is full of instances where we're given information about the truth and can rightly assume the counterfeit side is doing something parallel and equally as deceptive as the truth is true. It also works the other way. Sometimes John will mention something the dark side is doing and without offering any additional information, we can rightly assume the side of truth is doing something similar, just in a good way.
For instance, John tells us he saw "three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty." (Rev. 16:14). Although we're not given more information concerning these "frogs," knowing that the devil can only counterfeit, we can rightly assume there must be three counterparts who also "gather" ... in a good way and for a good purpose. If you're curious, they can be found in the 14th chapter and depicted as angels. We talked about them in a previous post, but this is how the book is laid out.
Listen, it is not my intention to expound upon John's Revelation. I'm only bringing these things up to establish what will become apparent AND necessary in my sharing the encounter my wife and I had with the Lord. These things all play a part in what the Lord said to us.
Back to the book itself, although it is imperative that we ALL understand that John's Revelation is an unveiling of WHO Jesus is and WHAT He is doing as it relates to your’s and my transformation, it is also a book about specific deeds/actions all performed in a specific time period.
Which brings me to the heart of this discussion. The book of Revelation was written for a specific time and to a specific element OF HIS BODY which spans the entire church age. While there would be many who would disagree, over these next few posts, I want to take time to expound upon this important truth until there is no doubt in your mind as to its VERACITY. I would start now, but to expound upon even the smallest of details is going to take time.
Tomorrow, we will begin unraveling an undeniable TIME ELEMENT within the BOOK OF REVELATION that will change the way you look at and read the book. It will also allow me to share our encounter with a reasonable expectation that you will "get" it too!
