Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage when applicable. We will work with you promptly to resolve the matter through replacement or another appropriate solution. 

Returns and Refunds Because books are copyrighted materials, all sales are generally considered final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution. Requests regarding damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 

Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
